We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed, with original tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not issue refunds if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item. We will evaluate and rectify the situation with you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used or damaged items or gift cards.
Due to Covid-19, to protect our employees and customers, we do not exchange products. Once an order has been placed it cannot be modified or adjusted. If you would like a different color, size or style, a new order will need to be placed. You can request to cancel your original order, but please note a cancellation is not guaranteed. Once an order has entered the packing or shipment phase, it isn't possible to make changes.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please note that banks and credit card companies process and post refunds on their own schedule. It may take some time for the refund to appear on your end.
